Once upon a time, there lived a little girl named Anna in a beautiful coastal area with her parents. Anna loved the ocean more than anything in the world. She loved the sound of the waves, the smell of the salt water, and the creatures living undersea. However, there was one thing that always made Anna feel too scared to enjoy the water - swimming. Anna's friends who could swim, would all gather on the beach during the summer season, jumping and playing in the waves. Anna would watch them from afar, wishing she could join in and have fun. But she was too scared to get in the water alone without her parent's help.

One day, Anna found a loyal and loving friend; a small and furry white dog who followed her home. Anna named her new friend Lala who became her constant companion and soon they became inseparable. Lala sensed Anna’s fear of swimming and the dog would bark at the waves whenever Anna played on the beach. Lala always used to jump into the water and fetch sticks Anna threw, making her laugh. Anna loved throwing the stick for Lala and watching her swim. One day, as Lala swam out far, Anna suddenly worried about Lala and thought 'What if Lala gets hurt or lost? I can't leave her alone!' Anna stood up and walked to the edge of the water. At first, she let the waves wash up over her feet, and she felt a little braver.

Then she went back a little step and crouched down. She saw Lala wagging her tail, trying to poke her nose into the bucket filled with sand. "Lala, Lala! come here. Lala, here girl," Anna called out to her dog. Anna’s voice echoed along the coast, making Lala lift her head and frisk on the spot. Lala took the challenge and swam back to Anna as fast as she could. Anna encouraged Lala as she came out of the water, and Anna was so happy. Anna hugged Lala and praised her.

She could not stop grinning. The girl and the dog played at the beach, building sand castles and running on the shore. The next time Anna was on the beach, she tried something new. Anna put on her arm floaties and went into the water with Lala. She was still a little scared, but it was easier with Lala by her side. Anna and Lala practiced floating, blowing bubbles, and moving their arms and legs in the water. The beach no longer scared Anna as much.

With Lala’s help, Anna learned to swim. Now Anna could swim in the water without any fear. Anna was so happy and proud of herself. She splashed around in the waves, dove under the water, and did flips in the waves with Lala. She was grateful for her loyal friend, Lala, who had given her the courage to overcome her fear. From that day on, Anna and Lala spent every day swimming and playing in the waves.

They built sandcastles, went boogie boarding, and laughed loudly. Anna was no longer afraid of the water, and she was grateful to have a friend like Lala on her side. One day, Anna and Lala saw a little boy crying on the shoreline. When they got closer, they saw that he had lost his family. Anna knew how the boy felt because she had been scared too. So Anna comforted the boy and hugged him, while Lala licked the boy's face, making him laugh.

Together they made a team, and they searched the beach for his family until they found them. From that day forward, Anna and Lala continued to have their fun in the water, but now they also looked out for others who needed help. Anna realized courage helped her to overcome her fear of swimming and made her joyful. She hoped that her example and Lala's love, could help others face their fears, just as she had. Anna knew that the ocean was a magical place, and it was even better with her best friend, Lala by her side. They loved playing and having fun making new friends, and they did it all together, as a team.
